LensCue is built for creators. We keep data handling simple: collect only what we need to run the product, show retention clearly, and make deletion easy.

What we collect

Account details (for example your email) to sign you in.
Uploads and job metadata needed to process and display results.
Usage and diagnostics to keep the experience reliable (minimal, no surprises).

How we use information

Provide the upload → process → results workflow.
Show job status, billing history, and retention status.
Improve performance, reliability, and user experience.

Retention

Default retention is 30 days. You can delete your data sooner from the app. When retention expires, data is scheduled for removal.

Deletion

You can request deletion from within the product. If you need help, contact Support.
